Time: 10am-3pm

Set-up: 8am-10am 

Spots are first come, first pick.

Check-in at Soulfreak prior to set-up.

Event is rain or shine! If you feel the need to cancel prior just email me and we will work with you.

If during the event the weather becomes and issue please feel free to pack up at your own convenience. 

Break-down: 3-4pm

Music: Looking for musicians to play for tips.  Please contact amylyn@soulfreak.com if interested.

Bathrooms: Public bathrooms are opened and available by 7am.  

Concessions: Soulfreak will be open at 8am

Drip coffee and Ice Water will be provided to our vendors free of cost.​

Permit info (food vendors): GALVESTON COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT (gchd.org)

Included with fee: 10x10 space 

Please provide your own table, tent and chairs. 

Side notes: Please remember to bring weights if you are using tents.

Parking: please use the back parking lot behind playground once you have unloaded your booth supplies. Towing is strictly enforced! 
 

We cannot provide change to vendors as we are limited with cash on hand. 

 

This is a MAKER's Market only so only handmade items are allowed.  Please no resale shops, real estate agents, insurance agents or MLM(multi-level marketing) products will be allowed.
